Baker's Marina on the Bay 2010 boat slip rate will remain the same as the 2009 rate until April 1 2010. New customers reserving space for the 2010 season and placing a 50% deposit now will receive the 2009 rates.  Winter dry storage is offered at $35 per foot. Winter wet storage (offered at Baker’s Landing in Long Branch) will be $25 per foot with winter electric service at an extra $350. No heat is available and no ability to live aboard your boat is offered.
